MAP from everywhere to the Rec Center and Field House
A driving tip: the NIU Exit - Annie Glidden Rd - is mile marker 91.5 on Interstate 88
Exit I-88 at Annie Glidden Road and continue straight ahead for 1 & 1/4 miles to the Lincoln Highway (Rt 38) stoplight. Go left to hotels or continue straight ahead on Annie Glidden a few more blocks to the Student Rec Center and Evans Field House across the street from each other at Lucinda Avenue.
REC CENTER is on the left / west side of Annie Glidden. Go past Stadium Drive and past the Field House to the Lucinda Ave stop light. Turn left. Then left again at the end of the block, and left into the Rec parking lot. Free unlimited parking on Saturdays in the Rec parking lot. No parking Saturday on the streets. Don't waste your money on the meters in the parking lot. There is plenty of free parking. Another lot is south of the Rec.

Park in any parking lot, but not in metered spots and not on any street.
FIELD HOUSE has a huge curved white roof. It is across the street from the Rec on the right / east side of Annie Glidden. Turn right either before the building on Stadium Drive or continue to the end of the block and turn right onto Lucinda at the stoplight. Park anywhere in the Field House lot. Free on Saturdays.
Note for Field House: Only the south doors will be open (the doors closest to Stadium Drive.)

FOOD
Across the street from the Rec and Field House are Subway, Domino's, Chinese, Hot dogs, Pita, Ribs
Two blocks south of the two sites are KFC, Long John Silver, Panda Express, Chipotle, McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell, gyros etc.

These four hotels are all next to each other, two blocks south of the Rec Center and across the street from all the fast food.
